Wrong Item shipped from GMarket

As explained in this post, my item was shipped out wrongly by GMarket.

And, I have mentioned like a million times that GMarket service is excellent. I received a staistfactory reply from them today.

So, what should you do when you realised that the seller has shipped the wrong item to you? It is simple and you could do the following:

1. email global@gmarket.co.kr the following details:
-Transaction No.
-A photo showing the item and label sticker as evidence
2. Wait for GMarket to get back to you. Usually they will get back to you within 1-2 working days. Email GMarket when you do not receive any emails from them after 3 business days.

Remember! Check your items the minute you receive them. If there is any error, report it immediately and not drag the case as you will put GMarket in a very difficult position to help you.

Opulently I to but I contemplate the collection should secure more info then it has.
